Nicola Thomson

Nicola is an 18-year Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts veteran specialized in human resources (HR). She directed HR activities at the hotel level for Four Seasons throughout the US and Canada until 2000 when she took on the role of Director of Management Recruitment and Selection at the worldwide head office. Her experiences both at the local and corporate-wide level have equipped her with a comprehensive yet in-depth grasp of the challenges of recruitment and Human Resources at every level.

Since departing Four Seasons, Nicola has been delivering her specialized range of hospitality recruitment know-how and expertise to private clients.  Nicola’s portfolio includes the customized products of: Executive Recruitment; Executive Coaching; Human Resources consulting; building and implementation of leadership learning & development programs including Myers Briggs.
