Jacqueline Villamil

Jacqueline brings to the portfolio almost two decades of experience in sales, marketing and revenue management of mid-scale, upscale, luxury and lifestyle-concept hotels. But her true talent has been proven in recent years as an independent consultant, assessing and offering solutions to improve the performance of hotels through report analysis, staffing, systems and process evaluation. Today she works with Strategic Solution Partners, leading business development and marketing strategy for the firm and as an associate with G7 Hospitality.

Prior to consulting, Villamil was Vice President of Sales for HEI Hotels & Resorts/Merritt Hospitality and served as director of sales and/or marketing for properties within Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels Corporation and Meristar Hotels & Resorts, among others. Her depth of experience leading teams, managing projects and implementing strategic sales and marketing solutions at top-tier properties throughout the United States and Latin America gives clients unique perspective and advantage.  She knows how to create a team and inspire its members to work for a common goal, which is essential in taskforce or short-term missions.

Jacqueline’s familiarity with different markets and her experience working with varying types of properties have honed her expertise on what it takes to get things done efficiently, creatively and expediently, no matter the property’s culture or location.

Raised in Argentina, Jacqueline attended university in the United States. When she’s not collaborating with clients on property, she is based in Cancun, Mexico.
